Price a call first

The tools the server exposes. Each maps to one market.

Tool results include the route, so the model can see what a call cost. orbapi_quote returns the current best price for a market without spending anything.

Budget

An agent with tools can spend quickly. Give the MCP server its own key with a spend limit and a price ceiling per market, as described in Authentication. When the limit is hit, tools return a clear error the model can read and stop on.
